The LCD modul and the touch surface become one.

In our cleanroom, through our Optical Bonding process and using special Optical Adhesives we can achieve a full adhesion between the display and the capacitive sensor. Therefore, filling the air gap between the two elements, we are able to physically eliminate the formation of vapours and dust between them. At the same time, greater colour contrast and better visibility are obtained, nullifying any annoying internal reflections, making the screen more visible in outdoor applications and very bright environments and getting a full protection against dust and moisture and a better impact and vibration resistance.
This technology prevents any liquid from coming into contact with the display screen and does not allow condensation to form between the various layers of the display in environments with large fluctuations in temperature or variable humidity.
As a result, this optical bonding is particularly suitable for outdoor applications or devices used in harsh environments where temperature and humidity cannot be kept constant.
We can also manage cheaper solutions with air-bonding to assemble a cover lens with a display using a special perimeter adhesive gasket to guarantee the protection of the display against dust and humidity.

In Mold Decoration molding technology

The new frontier in the field of screen printing of flexible circuits

The use of latest-generation silver pastes and special screen printing processes enable us to obtain very thin conductive tracks of 40 microns. The broadest advantages of this Printed Electronics technology are to increase the density of the tracks and obtain shadow-free backlit capacitive keys.

Perfect fusion to enhance properties, performance and quality

In our cleanroom, we carry out all the optical coupling between flexible layers (silk-screened films in polyester and polycarbonate) and rigid layers such as and resistive touch screens and rigid lens (in PMMA, polycarbonate and glass) and capacitive touch screens (PCAP).

We guarantee the functionality of our capacitive sensors even in the case of electromagnetic disturbances coming from the environment where they are installed. This is possible by the tuning of the capacitive firmware, which permits us to adjust the sensitivity according to the client’s wishes.
